Ron’s untiring attitude and incredible desire to connect with people seems to have won him a spot on City Council.  Sure, people congratulated me, too, and there seems to be a mad dash for my ‘collectible’ yard signs, but Ron is the real winner here.  What a trooper.  You deserve this, my friend.  Good work, and I know you will keep working hard now that you’ve earned a seat on council.  Congratulations, Ron.
