The Democrats have won both the House and the Senate. The so-called-liberal media is still calling the Virginia race a toss-up, but Webb has a margin large enough that even a recount is unlikely to overturn it.

  1. Just dropped in to see your ‘take’ on the Democrats’ excellent showing in the election. Over here in Blighty, and across Europe, there’s a lot of smiles. Dear old Rummy falling on his sword was the icing on the cake.

Now, lets hope the Dems do some visible good in time for the ‘08 race. Bush’s face when he had to meet Pelosi was a sight for sore eyes.
