Peace activist Cindy Sheehan was arrested Tuesday in the House gallery after refusing to cover up a T-shirt bearing an anti-war slogan before President Bush's State of the Union address.
Did it say something obscene? No. Did it say something that would incite violence? No. It said: "2,245 Dead. How many more?"
Cindy Sheehan is an American citizen. In the past, her right to speak her mind in public would have been protected.
