poached eggs, the lifehacker way

ravesweb, tech & gadgets I am a big fan of Lifehacker. The other day, I read this article on how to poach an egg. See, I have a little doohickey, and it's supposed to be non-stick, but I buy big eggs, and they never fit in the cup space and run all over the place and it's not really non-stick so it makes a big mess, both of the doohickey and the pan its in.
